Quite literally. To a point where they are fainting regularly and often don’t eat for days on end. They have been wasting away.
They’re in an abusive living situation and are too disabled and malnourished to work. I have been trying to send them what I can, but I am struggling myself, and they’ve just had some unexpected expenses blow through what little funds they had.
I know we’ve been asking for help for a while, but things are REALLY desperate. My friend is wise and kindhearted and our friendship has been keeping each other alive these past few years.. If anyone can send a few dollars so they can eat, we would really appreciate it.
Ron just got his howler from his mom yelling at him for stealing the car. He seems super embarrassed and most of the Great Hall is laughing. But here’s the thing:
Ron is 12 years old.
Ron stole a car.
Ron fucking stole a fucking car at the age of TWELVE.
I would not be laughing at him. Ronald Weasley is a fucking bad ass. When was the last time you jacked a car Malfoy? That’s what I thought. Bitch.
Reblogging myself because… what was that? Five minutes?
O_O
………my friend has made me curious
help me roger
Update: after I reblogged this someone messaged me offering me tickets to the sold out Hausu screening with a Q&A and autograph session with the director
men are allowed to be so mediocre it’s insulting on the deepest level
Would you unfollow me if I reblogged this every single day? That is how often I think it.
Mediocre men get to make mediocre movies and write mediocre books about other mediocre men, but if a woman steps outside a door in a sweater and some plain jeans, she “let her self go”, “isnt even trying anymore!”
if a man creates something mediocre it’s just “a bad book” or “a bad movie”.. if a man is a bad leader he’s just, well, “a bad leader”
if a woman creates something mediocre, or if a woman’s a bad leader it becomes about how “all women are bad at _____,” or about how “no woman is a natural leader”
and that’s a really disheartening fact to all women. men are always allowed to be a work in progress. women always have to be the flawless finished product.
men are always allowed to be a work in progress. women always have to be the flawless finished product.
What I’ve been up to. I’ve always loved to trust my intuition in my large gallery pieces, and that intuition has allowed me to not only create realistic portraits of people, but explore the need for magical realism. The need for abstract, cartoon, free flowing representation is important to me as well. These small works are a glimpse into my journey through depression and anxiety. Here are my “Sad Girls”. Enjoy ❤❤❤❤
